The video with Santa was jumpy and my children’s names were distorted/computer generated and clearly not Santa speaking. I thought it would be more personalized.

I remember using this app in the past and it was great. Now you can’t do anything on it without paying for each thing. All you can see is the Santa tracker. Worthless now.
