Freezes
I downloaded this app a week ago and it has frozen twice with no fix except to delete it and reinstall it. When reinstalling it, it freezes again. Done with it.
Payment
Absolutely horrible trying to set up auto pay through Santee Cooper. It’s been a struggle for six months.
Inaccurate
It’s been showing inaccurate data for over a year. Contacted them months ago and they said they were working on it and nothing has ever happened. Also it is hard to use and interpret
Usage indicator
Half the time the usage doesn’t work. As a senior on a fixed income that’s concerning. I like to keep on top of my usage

This company pretends to have transparency in costs. However, they do not provide hourly consumption or use records.
Constant issues with your app
In addition to having printing issues - I can not print my statement- and I am having issues logging in.

Failed sign first 3 tries. Usually works great!
Service Fees
There is nothing wrong with the app but there is a problem charging $2.50 service fee for using a debit card. Not happy at all about this.

Peak hours
Get home at 4 PM after being in the heat all day need to take a shower, hungry I want to use the stove, but eight dollars for a kilowatt hour I’m uncomfortably hot and hungry and we’ll suffer for the next two hours. As a senior citizen on a fixed income. I guess a little bit more misery in my life by Santee Cooper is all I can take.

Won’t rotate
App does not rotate on ipad so annoying its 2025 do better
App is broken…AGAIN
When working, I say again, when working app is 5 stars. However for the last week app says need to update and there is no update. The version I’m using just like everyone else is the current version. Please send out an actual update and fix the app. At this point it’s a useless app that does nothing!!

It worked fine until the most recent update. Now I try to sign in and it tells me to update first and takes me to the App Store which tells me I am up to date. Stuck in a stupid loop!!!
