I mean it could be more user friendly

Still slow to sync, regularly missing pdf’s of job reports, everything is a major effort and it seems to be getting worse, no sign of it getting better , researching previous job info is so bad I don’t bother, I would recommend this product to a competitor just to mess them up.

Inconsistent, not the most well thought out
Not very user friendly. Makes a big deal about synchronizing (unnecessarily). Started randomly making me log in from scratch about a year ago. Started requiring full log in from scratch every single time I have to go in there about 3 months ago. Now this morning it doesn’t recognize my login credentials at all. Only giving one star because a middle finger isn’t an available option.

Worst application and worst interface. Half of the things go missing and toggles don’t behave properly and missing information in templates.

This program is not good to use as a business
Worst program used as a service technician. You have to sync
(refresh ) every time you input something. It is slow & out dated. There are other programs out there that are further advanced in technology to run a business

This app has now stopped generating reports within the mobile app.

I lose at least an hour a day just watching that sync circle spinning.
Sooo slow
Takes ages to sync even with a good connection to Wi-Fi. I can feel my life slipping away while I use this app, time I will not get back. Thanks SAP you are sapping my life force

FSM for field engineers
This app constantly crashes, stops generating document bundles for customer signatures (while AT the customer site - which is a requirement to finalize the service order), and consistently fails to sync up parts consumption, service order checklists, along with logged hours within our organizational backend SAP system if and when re-assigned/transferred to another employee or engineer.
I have spent entire days worth of work, just driving around from one customer site to another collecting signatures to finalize service orders after the fact, because the app either generates an error, or doesn’t produce the bundle.
WiFi is a MUST to use this. I’m lucky if most of my customer sites have cell service. Most often I’m immersed in a black-hole of communication and can’t even use my phone as a hotspot
