I don’t usually write reviews but who ever developed this app needs to hit the oil rigs cause this app making stuff ain’t for them. This is easily the worst app to navigate in my phone and I’m a guy in his 20s who loves to sports bet so I know my way around. The promos are terrible and never know if they are activate, hate to promo or gambling and gambling on sports books but if you are going to do it just do it on the big boys I.e. draft kings, fan duel. Never know what you are going to get with this app

Do not use Saracen, limited spread plays, cash outs are a joke, some payouts lag several hours.

This app would be a lot better if they allowed us to sgp milestone props like the other Arkansas apps. Also I think we should earn member points for betting just like we do if we went and played the slots etc inside the casino.
Fraudulent
This casino commits fraud on your bets. If you win a bet by something happening in the last second, they won’t count it. I had multiple pieces of evidence that I won’t a bet and they wouldn’t even look at it. That is strait fraudulence. I have deleted this app and will be moving to oaklawn sports app.

Terrible
It took four days just to get verified, then another three days to be told I don’t qualify for the promotion. I understand my account was created a few ago, but it shouldn’t matter when there have been no bets or deposits on the account. Requiring a $25 wager just to find out whether I even qualify for the promotion also feels unnecessary and a bit greedy. This isn’t something that should require extensive review. Overall, the experience with support was very disappointing. I can’t speak much on the betting side since I only placed one $25 wager, but at least it was a relatively cheap lesson learned.

Dixie mafia scam artists
They make you deposit more money to withdraw the money you have already owned. Scam artists through and through. Use Betly or Oaklawn. Not saying they are any better but they have never tried to screw me!

There are wayy better apps for arkansas now. dont waste your time. Customer service is trash. verification process is ridiculous and redundant. will have you sending 10 different things multiple times. they email you with an email you cant even reply to. The welcome bonus is attractive for a reason 😂. Honestly knew better but gave it a try even after all the negative reviews… i should have listened. I’ve tried multiple sports betting apps, this is by far the worse. betly, chalkboard, onyx odds, prize picks, underdog, sleeper, are all available in arkansas and a lot better.

New Password Issues
Randomly my password isn’t working anymore, and the “forgot password” is asking me questions that I never had to fill out when I created my account. So they’ve essentially stolen money from me by locking me out of my account. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

App freezes up everytime I try to log in. I enter my PW and for some reason it gives me to verify through text or call and you CAN NOT enter the number given, even if you try to copy and paste. I have reached out many times to support only to be asked “have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?” I guess that’s all support has as a tool

WONT LET YOU WITHDRAW
Been trying to withdraw for 2 weeks everyday talking to a new customer service rep. Absolute worst app I’ve used in my life

I ask for withdrawal recently and then account was suspended. This is after using for over a year! I’m embarrassed Arkansas allows this.

Constantly Crashing
This app regardless of how much i’ve won from it has been very frustrating! Where do i even start…okay there’s this issue when you get all your legs of a parlay together in the bet-slip right, then when you hit bet it will say “unable to verify location” or “unexpected error occurred” and to “refresh bet-slip or contact support” the only thing to do at that point is to close the whole app and lose your entire bet-slip and for anyone who really bets..this is detrimental to your bet when you’re already rushing to put the bet in before a game starts so u risk not even being able to catch the same play anymore smh. Another thing that happens is it will turn your parlay orange and say the selection is no longer available but not even tell you which selection they’re even referring to!! Like what?? I now have to go back and look at every selection and see which lines changed even though I clearly have the option to accept all odd changes marked. Smh then there’s this thing that happens when you don’t already have funds on your account and you make your parlay right, fiddle with numbers to see what pays out what etc right..get the number you like and try to go deposit money on your account..boom whole screen goes white and again the only option you got is close the app and lose your entire bet slip again. Arrrggh I’m irritated just thinking of how these things happen to me while using this app! They don’t offer no deposit matches or deposit bonuses either. Hardly ever any bonuses actually…FD is better. IYKYK
