They were the first to introduce innovative features, such as dark mode, top-up, money coach. However, they completely stagnated. App too slow to load. Crashes frequently. Many features, including top-up, no longer work. Submitting service requests frequently fail. No ability to view card details or lock them in app. No ability to exchange between accounts.
