Bad Functionalities
This app is practically unusable and does not function. It takes forever to load, and when it finally seems like it might work, it just crashes and exits on its own.
App Doesn’t Work
This app simply just doesn’t work. Can’t set up an account. Can’t properly set the country. Can’t set the language. It should be taken off of the App Store.
Watch out they scam you
This company may seem to offer good deals, but don’t be fooled. They completely failed to fulfill their obligations when I needed them most, leaving me stranded during an emergency. Worse yet, they took advantage of the situation to extort me, showing no care for their customers. Stay away! They will scam you. You’ve been warned—don’t risk your time or money with this unethical business.

Bad customer service
It’s hell to reach them! When you need them you call minimum 4-5 times before u can reach someone! They take your info 100 times then « someone will call you back » and they never do!! Having a polite operator is not enough!! Being efficient and responsive is important!!!
Not responding
The app is malfunctioning, couldn’t even started, after entering my mobile number then hitting next to receive the OTP, and yet still waiting for it. Of course I checked the phone number multiple times if correct. Good luck
