Food, attention is great but coupons doesn’t work in the web or the app
Forgot Receipt
The food is amazing, but I think it would do good for the app to have an option of putting in receipts that you forgot to put a phone number in. Currently when you walk in the only way to earn points is by putting in your phone number. I think if it’s busy and I forget to give them a phone number you should be able to enter information off the receipt to earn the points like other food chains do. I would definitely go here more if that was an option!

Always delicious
Chicken is always juicy and delicious.

So I ordered from here and never experience any problems. My issue here is that I ordered a whole chicken without realizing I chose dark meat option, I get home and I was confused. I gave the store FEEDBACK, not a damn review. I called them explaining my confusion and I apologized. Now I will give them the review they want. The food good as usual, but future advice, when a customer calls and explains what happened and apologizes, you don’t call us back with an attitude asking to write a review so your store looks good.

Best Peruvian Chicken
My family and I will never get tired of eating Sardi’s Chicken, but one thing I’d like to see as an option on the app or any order method is the ability to write instructions. Other than that my food is always hot and delicious.

Decent but not worth the price
I’ve been ordering here awhile and it’s honestly a hit or miss when it comes to portion quality. The food is pretty expensive but not worth the price. It’s even more expensive when getting delivered. I feel you could honestly get the same quality of food somewhere else more local for a much better price. I more than likely won’t be ordering here again.

Unable to choose more than one mod
I like to order my lomo saltado with no onions and tomatoes because I am allergic but the app doesn’t let me choose both only one please fix this I don’t wanna die while I eat this food.
No Apple Pay or coupon
I have to start from scratch with this app, even though I’ve been a customer for a long time for some reason it wouldn’t recognize me on top of that. It wouldn’t take this month’s coupon code, and it didn’t work with Apple Pay. So all in all, I’m not an improvement at all. The ordering might be a little easier, but that’s it. It just doesn’t work.

Overall was easy to put my order in, however, when I tried to pay with Apple Pay it did not go through at all and did not give me any error messages to try to fix anything if needed

This isn’t a review about the food/restaurant, just the app
Overall it seems fine and easy to use but the biggest concern I have is there’s no text box for special instructions for my order — eg to request no salmon sauce, to ask for a light portion of beans, etc. This feature would be appreciated.
