Book at the direct price Search by date, see what is free, and book in the app at the same price as our website. No platform fee in between. Your stay, in one place Your dates, your address, how to get in, the Wi-Fi and your check-in and check-out times. Your door code, when you need it Your code appears in the app on the day you arrive, once your online check-in is done, kept behind Face ID. Check in before you arrive Spanish law requires every guest to be registered with the police. Photograph your passport or ID card, take a short verification selfie, check your details, done. About two minutes per guest, and then you walk straight in. Talk to a real person WhatsApp, a phone call or an email, one tap away from any screen. A real person answers, usually within fifteen minutes. Already booked somewhere else? Add a booking made on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo with its confirmation code and a one-time code we send to that booking's messages, and everything above works for it too.
