Content is good, but the app itself is terrible to use

The app is so difficult to get into, even if it’s a simple sign in, I randomly can’t go back from a screen, or airplay. While I can do everything otherwise in my phone on other apps: so it’s very frustrating to use the app

Disappointed!!!

I purchased this app 5 months ago and I was using this app for few weeks and I was loving every bit of it, I didn’t had to go to yoga classes since I could do it in my own house with privacy with my own private guru’s, until I open my app last week using my Apple ID. I couldn’t open my Sarva app, I had to email the customer service and someone was there to help me and I was asked to send a screen shot of the problem that appear at the bottom of my screen,”Contact the ADMIN” I send it right away and then I was asked to delete the app and reinstall again. I thought it might work this time but the problem was still there. Had to email them again but I got no respond till this day and I’m totally disappointed with them for not handling this issue I had with the app.

Totally unacceptable return policy

I am injured after signing up for a program in this app. And they can’t do the refund or extend the period. Totally unacceptable. Will not suggest to anyone. Waste of money

App leaves a lot to be desired to work properly

App only works in a "happy case" scenario or as a "minimum viable product" which means only basic functionality.

Here are the major issues:
1) Sessions called "Live" are not "Live"; they are pre-recorded. Despite this, the schedule on the "Live" page is not updated in a timely manner. One day, one might see sessions for one full week but after that week is over, it takes a full 24 hrs to see the next set of sessions so you miss one full day in the middle.

2) When one is practising while logged into a so-called "Live" session, if there is a disruption of any sort such as a network issue or a phone call, one cannot log back in to resume the same session.

3) The app does not work on tablets/ipads

Slow and issues with OTP

This is my second review for the app-

1. Live sessions are not really live. Don’t fall for that. I was able to log in at 11 pm session at 10.30pm, 11.45 pm and with the same commentary. The instructor keep saying you all did great and I can watch everybody on the screen. It’s all a lie. It’s all the same.

2. I paid for my app on May 11th. Today is May 20. Even after sending them several emails I still have the free version of the app and not the paid version where I access the premium contents.

Very disappointed.

Despite of entering the OTP right multiple time it keeps giving the error that I have entered the wrong OTP. I have a USA number but that should not be a problem.
App is generally very very slow to load pages. After this OTP I am not able to access any videos as well.
Video and yoga quality is very good. I hope they did these bugs.

The most authentic yoga app so far

One of my Indian friends introduced this app to me, and amazingly this app is the most authentic yogi app that I encountered. In all practices they consider healing breathing and mudras which is not common in other apps. Also, they practice the yoga not fitness fusion practices which I love.

Love it

Amazing curated videos for different types of yoga and levels. Appreciate it. The app works fine in the US . There can be many improvements which can always be done down the road based on users’ inputs, but I hats off for this effort.

Incorrect OTP

Despite entering the OTP correctly multiple times, my phone number does not get verified because the app says OTP is incorrect. I have a US phone number.
I’ve been able to access the videos before through an Indian number and liked the format and exercises. I’d definitely like to get back to the routines, so giving a 3 star. But the authentication needs to be fixed ASAP.

Useless App

Enrolled as Premium member.
Videos keep buffers despite high Network connectivity from my end in the US.
No responses to request to fix issues.
Please do not use their services.

Audio video sync issues

The video starts and each video has 2 audio tracks. Even if you pause or close the video, one audio track keeps running.

Audio is not available

I am using this app in US. Audio for yoga sessions is not available. Though audio for meditation (for. sleep) is available.

Does not work in uae - not a valid no error

Seems like a nice app but does not work in UAE, when I enter the no it gives an error - not a valid no even though I have entered a valid no... as everything is linked cannot use anything. kindly please check.
