Not happy with HCRA
I’m a retired member of sheet metal workers local #28 I started my career as a sheet metal worker on 02/02/1987 on that date I was told that the way samsi works is I would be paying into every week until I retire and if I was to be unemployed in between the day I start and my retirement date that I would be able to subbpliment my income with payments from samsi and whatever I didn’t use would be paid back to me 1 year after retirement I honestly don’t understand how I got from expecting a pretty fair payout to you guy’s putting $51000 dollars in a account that’s gonna be pretty much impossible for me to use and I truly believe that it’s unfair that I gave 37 years of abusing my body and expecting a decent reward at the end to have it snatched away

I use this app every month to file a claim. It’s very easy to use and keeps track of all claims that have been filed for my records.

I HATE this app
I spend more time calling SASMI than I care to total. EVERY time I need to use it , I’ve been locked out. The purpose of the app is it’s supposed to be easier instead of the actuality of making my life and SASMI employees lives more difficult. Today I’ve called FOUR times and I’m still locked out. The app is useless and SASMI employees have better things to do than babysit the members. Now I have to mail things to the office and I’ve learned the hard way that doesn’t work.
