They reached out to me saying that they fixed the game. I appreciate them reaching out and working to fix the issue. Regardless of me losing over 1000 points altogether from this issue, I appreciate them fixing it and giving me 380 points back. This issue happened a lot yet they fixed it and I appreciate that from them. It is a good game however I feel I do not learn as much from it, but that is just me I feel, as I have trouble remembering the words and definitions. However it is a good product and would recommend ❤️
