Didn’t get to see a Dr. The app made sure I couldn’t make an appointment. I’ll be going elsewhere thank you very much.
Mobile app bugs
The teleconsultation function isn’t working well. The main issues are:
1. There’s no “Accept” button when incoming calls appear.
2. There’s no straightforward way to request a callback if you miss a call due to issue #1.
Currently, the only workaround is to catch the call within the brief banner notification window while you’re already on the app’s home screen - which is highly inconvenient. Overall, it feels unnecessarily difficult to access service through this app.

tele consulted for mc, forced to get medicine or no mc, doctor ended the call when i was asking if it was a policy, js trying to get extra money 🤣🤣🤣

Doctor insist on giving medicine. Additional medical fee and delivery fee.
