It was useful initially but these days keep crashing and cannot book online

Cant even sign up for new account… kept resending otp but received none
Only as useful if clinic enables booking
Usless app unable to mass delete promotional messages. Clinic that does not turn on booking or update reports also makes it lesser need to use

Collect that many data without ability to actually book appointment. User interface cmi. Don’t waste time with it and please provide users the option to delete/shutdown the account please.
Not updated with new postal code
I tried but app refuse to allow me to complete my registration as my postal code is recognised as “unknown”. And my registration cannot proceed further as postal code is a must have data field. Doctor at the RC clinic cannot do anything to help
