The app is trash
Collar works fine - gps is fairly accurate. However, every single time i open the app it forces an update (other option is to close app) but you have to be within bluetooth range of the collar to update. So plan on just never needing the app because it is 0% reliable.
Overall ok with purchase I think fit the amount of sway in the boundary it should be cheaper
The app is a little harder to use than I feel it should be.
Collar is about 6 months in and doesn’t work half the time
Our collar just one day started to not work. App shows all is working and my dog still crosses the line. Haven’t changed settings or nothing in weeks. All up to date and not happy. Can’t trust this collar and still have to keep my dog inside
Hiccups
I have 3 collars that are still having hiccups. Customer support is always quick to get back to me though.
Complete waste of time, energy and resources!!!
This is the worst product and app I have ever dealt with. Gives you a false sense of security. It does no good to have a product that is meant to keep a pet safe if it is only going to work maybe 50% of the time. Constantly asks to update but then when you try it will not. Product and app do not work when an update does not run. Gives a “disconnected “ message all the time during which collar will not function (I.e. keep a pet within boundaries). Go with a different company. Don’t put your pet in harms way while you think this collar is protecting it.

Does the job and some more
I can get the fences to work no problem. And I can also see health metrics for my dog. I’d say it does the job pretty decently!
Hardly ever works
The $300+ collar worked at first in our wooded area but now both cellular and satellite are showing “weak in our area”. The app needs updated often and if you’re not near the collar, you’re out of luck.
Heartbroken
We purchased two collars for our family dogs. We did several updates and did everything right. They stopped working correctly and we had a hard time getting help or tech support. They finally had us send data from our collars and told us we would have to send our collars back for replacements. Within two days of our collars being gone, our beloved Jack made it out of their enclosure and made it to the busy highway. Jack was hit by a vehicle. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences my family has gone through. My whole family, including my two children and Jack’s sister companion, are absolutely devastated. We are all mourning the loss of our precious boy and I don’t know if we will ever get over this loss. I am so angry and wish I had gotten to speak to a REAL PERSON and insisted that we get new collars before we sent the old ones back. It is too late to think about that, as the damage is already done. We got our TWO replacement collars in today…when I opened the box my heart sank and all I could think about was our sweet boy Jack isn’t here to wear his collar. I hope they get all the kinks worked out and this tragedy doesn’t happen to another family. I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone. I really hope our new collar works and we can keep our other member of our family safe.

Updates are killing the usefulness of the app/collar

No response from developer, app /collar constantly disconnects, which leaves you wondering if the dogs location is even remotely accurate. Hoping for new update soon
12-1-2025 update to my review. Down from 3 to 2 stars.
The latest update causes repeated loss in connectivity. The collar indicator on the map bounces around the screen, if you move the map screen, the indicators move with the screen regardless of collar location. if the collar loses satellite connection the indicator starts dropping until it reaches the bottom of the fence and the collar alerts. I quickly cut the fence off for fear of my dog being statically corrected while laying at my feet.
I’ve emailed, sent data reports, no communication from developer. Again good idea, poor development and updates
11-20-2025 —-The stationary status screen (gps,cellular, Bluetooth, battery indicator) is hard to see for people with poor eye site. I suggest break them out and locate them in corners or across top of display.
Battery life seems to be great. Average 3-4 days on charge.
When an animal is full out breach the app/gps seems to lock up, notification indicates a breach, but gps still has the dog within the fence , therefore not audible or correction.
Still needs improvement but so far good updates

The latest update seems to have aided in the gps tracking of the collar. It still has connectivity issues sometimes and the collar will alert and vibrate indoors if the signal is lost which has my dog extremely anxious.
I would say it’s getting somewhat better. Also you cannot connect if you are out of Bluetooth range. So the whole being able to see your dog while you are work is out the window

Sucks
Collar came in and stopped working after a couple weeks. Sent it back to get another one, and this one works when it wants to. Charge reading isn’t accurate. Hard to tell if it’s just the app that sucks. I had to reach out to the company bc the GPS is so outdated, we built our house 5 yrs ago, and can’t even see our house on the map. Just woods…hard to set a boundary when you can’t see anything.
