Fantastic platform for workspace
I’ve worked in many coworking office spaces over the years, some with software like this and others with none. This is one of the better platforms and apps for managing billing, meeting rooms, etc. I think the navigation is very intuitive and simple contrary to another comment here. It gets the job done.

No way to do anything with room reservations
This app seems to be missing all functionality except being able to post to the message board. There is no navigation and no links on any of my upcoming reservations to modify them. Same issue on the mobile website. It is completely useless aside from being able to see (but not modify or make) upcoming reservations.

Hi mrengy -- I wonder if perhaps you're a non-member at a particular center? Non-members typically only have access to their reservations. Members have access to their profile, info on all the other members, reservations, message board, their billing info and complete statement of all their charges and payments over time. For someone running a center, it's all of the above plus auto-charging, communicating with members, setting up inventory, room displays, etc. You might want to check in with the center near you if you want to become a member there!
