Never works
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m going to beg my management team to switch to a different provider.
This App is Awful
I truly hate this app with all my heart, it’s UI is atrocious, and what is the point of having a biometric option if it never works? It’s always telling me disabled until I log in. THATS HOW I WANT TO LOGIN, if. I didn’t have to use this trash app for work I wouldn’t touch it ever. Horrid design I’m surprised it gets any business.

Just Awful
Password works using a browser, but not on the app. Incredibly frustrating as this has been an issue for several days without a response from the company. Reset password several times already.

Can’t unlock doors after hours
The last 2 times I’ve tried accessing our building after hours, I have been able to unlock any of the doors through the app. Absolutely frustrating that I can’t use my own office. So incredibly frustrated!!!
