Opening screen appears and then the app disappears. A waste of $5. And clicking on support gives a 404. Website does not exist

App won’t open
This app won’t open on my iPhone. You press on icon and it starts to open and immediately closes.
Cannot use
Cannot open app. Goes to second screen with says use location than turns off. Please update so not a complete waste
