Le doy 1 estrella porque no se puede menos, a la hora de hacer el encendido y el apagado de tu vehículo la aplicación es más lo que falla que lo que funciona y siempre toca contactar a soporte para que le solucionen a uno, te hacen esperar hasta una hora para que te solucionen, las alertas o notificaciones emitidas llegan a la hora después o en el mayor de los casos ni llegan…
Si tienen la oportunidad de adquirír este servicio desaprovéchenla.

Quitar Maps por defecto

Por favor me explican cómo hacer para que cuando solicito me lleve a donde está el vehículo lo haga por Google Maps o por Waze. Ya que la aplicación de Apple no sirve en Colombia

Pésimo servicio

Si bien el producto GPS en sí es sumamente útil, lamentablemente, mi experiencia con el servicio al cliente ha sido decepcionante. Al presentar un problema con mi equipo, he experimentado respuestas tardías que se extienden hasta tres semanas. Los seguimientos y promesas de soluciones nunca cumplen, dejándome sin una resolución adecuada. La calidad del servicio brindado está lejos de ser óptima, y si esta situación no mejora, consideraré buscar alternativas de mayor calidad.

Localización y Alertas en tiempo real

Las notificaciones y/o alertas emitidas como desconexión de batería o botón de pánico llegan horas e incluso días después del evento. Por otro lado la información de localización no es en tiempo real
