Used to be Great
The whole reason I even got this app was to get an idea of who was going to be in my classes beforehand so I wouldn’t be going in blind, as I’m sure many others did as well. It was actually what some of my friends told me in order to convince me to get it. They changed it in between last year to this school year that you can only see the people who you have friended. I don’t know about you but I’m not going to friend someone who I’ve had conflict with in the past & this app used to mentally prepare me for that type of situation. Now it’s essentially rendered useless.

There is no point getting this app anymore 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️, you can’t even see who’s in your class other than friends which was THE LITERAL MAIN POINT of this app. I got this app 2 years ago in my freshman year, as many people were using it to see who was in their classes. During my freshman and sophmore year, it was pretty helpful, as I was able to connect with fellow students that were in my classes. But now that I can’t do that anymore, I might as well just delete it atp… please fix this 💔💔💔

Promising School Scheduling app with flaws
The concept of this app is pretty promising, I actually really like it but it’s also relatively buggy and frustrating to use sometimes. Like for instance it can be slow a lot of the time when it comes to loading to view your friends’ classmates with the UI being a little weird, like you can view a profile and accidentally hit send a friend request without even knowing.
Some other stuff I’d like to point out is that the 3 Minute Notification for when a class ends is extremely delayed, like it will display when there’s only 1 minute or a few seconds remaining of the class. I also don’t like how you have to constantly touch the app in order to have the Timer Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, it should just be done automatically when you open the app once. I think you should also be able to see friends’ classmates if they allow it with a setting.
Changing schedules is also a hell because sometimes it doesn’t even want to process it, giving the weirdest errors ever sometimes it’s not even valid. You have to constantly click on the schedule you made or create a new variant just for it to apply. It’s not fun. The app would be a lot better if all these changes were fixed because they are annoying and the app would be more convenient if they were tweaked.
Edit: My review has been changed as I’m now dissatisfied with the app, you guys went too overboard with privacy features that now you can’t even tell who’s in your class, essentially it’s useless now.

Doesn’t work for different schedules
My school recently switched to ABC DE type of schedule and I’m trying so hard including trying with the AI to change the schedule into what my school has given me. The AI can’t help me. I tried submitting a photo but reaching out to an agent just doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting 2 to 3 days. Literally nobody has tried helping me. I tried to communicate by describing my schedule. Literally nothing. The AI says that they can’t do anything and now is redirecting me to my actual phone’s calendar so my problem is the AI sucks and doesn’t work. My other problem is there’s no way to really reach out for help. Another bad thing is that there’s no other way to really fix it. The app becomes useless. This is really disappointing because there’s also no other way to report an issue. This is why I’m leaving this review cause there’s no way I can report any issues or even reach out to a real human being agent this app sucks. Don’t download it if you have a unique schedule.

Good but very restrictive
It’s nice and helpful, but I can’t see anybody’s schedule or anything without having friending them first. You can’t even see anybody in your classes either, so the whole point of the app is taken away.
Super annoying issue
This app seemed super promising at first. Super simple and easy to add classes, but then I somehow got stuck with a schedule that has 8 periods instead of 7, even though my school uses 7 periods. I can’t seem to change that at all. When I try to update the schedule by adding an image of the schedule again, which is my bell schedule from my schools website, it takes like 10 seconds and then just redirects me to an ai chat and says “waiting for an agent to join” and they never join. I wish there was a manual way to add classes or something because their support system definitely isn’t reliable. I haven’t had it work at all. I hope this gets added because I’ve fully given up on the app for now until I figure out how to make it work.

Disappointed
I downloaded this app because my school has a kind of confusing block schedule we’re you won’t have a class 2 days in a row and the classes are never in the same order. Saturn was in no way a help. 1st it wouldn’t allow me to change the times of my classes or remove the preset cwp. When I tried to fix it, it messed up and got stuck on the previous schedule. Then I tried to talk to the unhelpful ai bot. It was transferring me to a human but that took about 30 minutes until I gave up. I was really disappointed because I thought this app would be able to help me.

Decent app
I like the app interface and ui but one note when making an account if you make an error there is no way to go back to the previous page to correct it, that’ll cause issues, 1 more thing to mention it doesn’t bother me but people without phone numbers can’t create accounts, I understand it’s a safety measure for verification but finding alternative ways would be good. but other then that great app and it works as intended and us some extra hidden features

Request not processed after a whole month
I submitted a request for Blair academy and they never added it for a whole month, after multiple attempts to contact support nothing works.

App was great, new year started and I can’t even see who’s in my class. I have to friend them. Most of these people aren’t even my friends just show us who’s in our class??🤦♂️
Does not support all high school schedules
I go to a duel enrollment high school and we do not have a normal bell schedule. This app does not allow you to input something that isn’t a regular schedule if it’s not a bell schedule. I would not recommend for any hybrid schools, but traditional high schools I could see the use. This app has potential if it would fix this scheduling issue. PLEASE FIX THIS.
Also the costumer service sucks. It brings you to an ai that isn’t even helpful then just leaves you on hold waiting for an agent. I waited 2hrs for one before giving up and closing this app.

I hate you can only see people your friended with on each class. I loved being able to see everyone without needed to add them. now the app is pointless because it cant even tell me who my clasmates are, and i have to brace myself when school starts because it makes me more stressed thinking i have to wait till school to see whos in my class. this is a stupid update please go back to how it was before.

Useless if you can’t see who’s in your class
Why would I get an app just to see my friends classes if I wanted to know my friends classes Id ask them. The whole point of the app was supposed to be to see the classes before the school year started. They need to bring public classes back!
