I like this app, but the database can use some work. Would love to see this app grow.

App has been broken for a while now, can’t search out sauces anymore. Used to be a 5 star hopefully it gets fixed

Would be great if you could search for sauces - Kind of defeats the purpose.

Sketchy reviews of hot sauce
This app seems sketchy. They ignore requests to add any of the local sauces I find. Seems like they don’t want to allow any sauce they don’t have a financial interest in

Great idea. Developer doesn’t really support app anymore. I have added suggestions on additional sauces. Nothing. The registration process is ridiculous and hasn’t been fixed. Numerous items to repair. Shame the developer didn’t realize he bit off more than he could chew.

Why have a USA Based app in the UK AppStore if none of the information is going to be relevant ?

Appears to be very US centred, very few UK & European brands. No response to requests to add brands. Great idea but need to expand horizons, it’s a big world out there

Well done! I love the tie in with Hot Ones, as well as the ability to add new sauces. I’ve discovered some really good sauces thanks to you!
As a humble suggestion, perhaps change the review section so we can add different or more specific food tags than what you have (ie barbecue (pulled pork, brisket, etc). Maybe add sub-groups for the food tags?
Also, I feel like you should advertise on social media. I’d love to see this app grow and expand. I’d hate to see it whither away!

If you like hot sauce this is your app. It helps with heat levels of hot sauce and also shows ones you may not know about . It's worth the download . You will find a sauce you want to try and then look it up to buy . It's fun . Give it a shot .

Privacy Policy is ridiculous
I download the app and didn't use it. It asks you to enter personal data or facebook login, so I went to the web site to read the developer's Privacy Policy: it is simply unacceptable, ridiculous, close to something illegal. I don't know how Apple allows a developer be the owner of your photos etc, use your data the way he wants etc.

Why require a login?
Someone suggested this app and figure I try it out, I just want to see a listing of sauces so why is there a requirement to register? No thank you. Perhaps make that optional for those that wish to participate in the community.

Really appreciate the honest feedback - this is a feature that has been on my radar for a long time, but I hadn't had to time to implement the changes necessary (one man team!), and was prioritizing other features. However, I have good news for you - I just released a new version of the app today that allows you to use the app without signing up! This is app is incredible for hot sauce fanatics. Great rating system, easy to keep track of your wish list/the sauces you own. Would HIGHLY recommend to all you chiliheads.
