Add Apple Pay
Would be nice if like every other app I could just use Apple Pay for payment
Doesn’t Work!
The app asks you to set location and then freezes. Doesn’t allow to advance to sign up, or do anything with the app. Not effective. Works about as good as their food tastes.

Considering they’re not all along I thought it was very good and I think you can only get better. Makes a change from the passcode places that are out there now.

Saucy is good, but can be better
My wife and I are diehard PDQ fans, but Saucy has bought many of their locations. Saucy is good, but can be much better. They should offer grilled chicken tenders which are much healthier than fried tenders. Also, give 2 dipping sauces with 4 tenders. It’s petty to charge for an extra sauce. My wife and I enjoyed the Saucy on Alafaya. My wife tried the Caesar dipping sauce; it was very good. The tenders were a good size and were excellent. They could have been ever better if grilled. Manager Kay is excellent; very helpful. If you haven’t tried Saucy, give them a shot. I think you will like them.

Given that this is a new app, there are some things I think could be added but I find the overall design really nice and it’s easy to use.
Suspicious activity
Keeps declining my payment under the guise of “suspicious activity”. As a chicken establishment, really?
Love the app
This app does not look like the typical e-commerce app. It’s fast, easy and convenient
Tendies? Sammies?
Please just call them tenders and sandwiches.
Lacking
For an app to order food, this is severely lacking in options.
1. You can’t really customize your order (can’t remove or add ingredients on sammies).
2. You can’t make a profile (can’t save payment type).
3. If you close the order tracker it is gone forever.
4. The tracker doesn’t seem to work, and does not provide an accurate time your order is ready (mine was ready an hour late).
5. Not linked to your KFC account (rewards?).
6. No links for help or support.
You would think a large company that is already in the fast food industry would be able to put out a better app for a new concept restaurant.

Not well thought out
This app is very hard to use. It has several issues. 1. Once you order, you cannot look up current or past orders. 2. It does not have a login to save your information. It has favorite food, but does not remember it. 3. Hard to order food, with too many ways to see food. 4. Does not connect to Apple Pay, google pay or PayPal.

First hour release review
Went before it was famous. Food was perfect but they have to change up the prices. My friends got fries, 3-4 tenders, 5 sauces, and a drink for 9$ while I got 1 chicken tender and a little sandwich for 10$.
