Worthless App
I can't even login, when i give my file number/phone number or even national id it logs me in another persons account and i can view all of her data, I don't know how come this happens.

Ease of Use
Very great app. I am able to make appointments with ease. Also I am able to view medical reports, sick leaves, lab results and all other health related info about me.
Limited App Functionality and Poor User Experience
When opening the app, it remains stuck on the “Call Hospital” home screen for the past two days, with no other icons or navigation options available. There is essentially nothing the user can do beyond calling the hospital, which makes the app extremely limited and unusable. It is disappointing that there is no help or support option, nor any way to contact the relevant stakeholders. This is particularly surprising for a hospital like Saudi German, where a more functional and user-friendly interface would be expected.
