Absolutely terrible. Can’t believe i paid this much for an app that a 1st year coder could make better
QR Code Problems
Horrible app - cannot pair with my brand new sauna heater. I feel I made a huge mistake buying this brand. This has been a waste of time and energy.
Not even basic
There isn’t that much a basic sauna app needs to do. This app sets the bar below that and fails to achieve it. The interface is confusing, the connection is unreliable, and the functions are severely limited.
It should also have a watch interface - which you can bring into the sauna - rather than just a mobile device - which can easily overheat.
Do better - an AI agent could fix this quickly.

Wasted my time
This app will not scan the QR code necessary to pair with a control unit, rendering it useless. However after wasting an enormous amount of time on this, I took a PHOTO of the unit’s QR code displayed on the screen, and PRINTED it out on a piece of paper, and at long last the app scanned and paired with it. For heavens sake Saunum test and update this app.

The app does not read the qr code on the control unit to pair with the sauna. It cost $7k and the app does not work.
Unstable Coding
Very unreliable. My brand new unit regularly requires a reboot to connect to my Wi-Fi. The scheduling often doesn’t work and there haven’t been any stability upgrades to this app in ages. I paid $5000 for my Saunum unit and am stunned by how flakey their software is. Shame on them.

Works sometimes and sometimes not approx 50/50 typically requiring a reboot at sauna control panel which is running latest power board and control panel software updates. Not a WiFi issue. This app has not been updated in more 2 years and certainly can use some serious bug fixes.

Excellent App
I love this simple app! It does everything it claims to, doesn’t take long to connect to my sauna and makes changes almost as quickly as the hardwired control controller.
Needs work
Needs things as basic as notification when the sauna reaches temperature and is ready to start a session. Temperature changes in saved types doesn’t seem to save correctly. Overall needs work.
