User reviews

Solid app worth the money spent

At first glance prior to purchasing the plan you still get a brief glance at the workouts.

Purchasing the membership gives you access to log the workouts and use timers etc.

Both solid options for a beginner but I’d recommend purchasing it because it shows you how to do a movement.
