Price changes
I was absolutely down with the cause, but now the price change has made it almost impossible to utilize your monthly credit the way that you used to, so I think I’m getting off of the boat.

I was most impressed however with a sales manager located in the YONKERS LOCATION..i had ordered 2 bras online and returned them to the store( I live in Astoria, Queens) Jessica was so helpful and arranged for my new bras to be shipped pluse sized me correctly and expertly ..she also figured out my route home!!! Im a mature woman who had given up wearing sexy underthings— I always feel more self assured with lovely bra and panties!! And yes, the price for everything is worth it. I’ve been an avid subscriber since 2021. The bras of all cuts and shapes are great quality. As well as All the lingerie pieces are faaaarrrrr more lovely than pics will ever allow.
The bras are Padded where it counts and gives great lift.
All the undergarments boost the confidence thru the roof (clothes on or off 😜).
And size incorrect? Or clothes defect? Their customer service team is very responsive.
And again, last but certainly not least, the subscription is worth it.

Big Girl Friendly
I love that these are actually big girl friendly and light, breathable material that is also sturdy to hold the girls up. Hate to say it but I’m done with Torrid. I’ve had to continuously buy new bras and pants because theirs keep breaking. SavagexFenty girly now🤷🏽♀️
Great, but don’t like the new membership credit change
The app is great and I love the products but I feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth anymore with a new credit change, they used to just take out the amount for the credits at the end when you’re paying, but now I have to pay one credit for each thing, idk ill give it some time I guess
Not Enough 4XL Items
I was very disappointed to see that a lot of the items that I wanted to purchase in size 4XL were sold out. However, I’m very happy with the selection of the products and wish that there were 5XL as well.

Predatory membership
I clicked an ad for some bras at a discount and unbeknownst to me I was signed up in their “VIP member ship” at $70 dollars. This is how rhinanna made her billions by being a predatory business person it seems. The bras were not the best quality either I’ve bought better bras from Amazon.
