Dear customer, you are currently contacting Savana Iraq support. To switch to the India version, please change your VPN to India, uninstall the app, reinstall it from the App Store/Play Store, and make sure your store region is set to India.

Unable to change country/currency
It’s anticipated that when brands launch big sale campaigns- people would rush in to place orders. Brands should foresee big numbers and have their failsafe / dev maintenance properly in place to fix such issues asap.
Currently I see a lot of people going through the same thing- trying to see or order things but the app doesn’t change country/currency from Iraq. Bad for the UX.

Only giving iranian currency !!!
Have tried so many times to change curreny but it’s not happening, I checked all my settings and the location says INDIA!! But still I’m not getting Indian currency.

Everytime i download the app and login, it shows iraqs number, not able to change from iraq to India. Resolve this issue, i can’t order anything
