Bad

Doesn’t work. Waste of money.

Simple & effective

This is a great little Safari extension that allows you to easily convert annoying .webp images on the fly. Extra marks would go for being able to configure the naming of the resulting file and also the download location. But it does the job.

Response from developer

Thank you for your support! At the moment, we believe the best way to select the download folder and change the file name is: Go to Safari Settings > General > File Download Location, then select “Ask for each download.” This setting will prompt you to choose a download folder for every file you download. Just so you know, we’ve recently launched a new version of Save Image As Type for iOS and iPadOS. It’s now available on the App Store and is free for users who have already purchased the macOS version. You’re always welcome to send your comments and feedback to contact@safariwebextensions.com. Wishing you all the best with your projects.

Works as advertised

It works well and I don’t mind the price, but the only feedback I have is that I should be able to pick where I want the image to go and not have it default to downloads.

At Least It’s Cheap

I agree with the other reviewer. This works well, it’s just crazy this is something we have to pay for.

it works well

I don't mind paying for it, however it should not be required to pay for such a simple feature. Thank you for making this! It works very well.
