Soooo many issues
This app suuuuuuuuuuucks. I’m sorry but out of all the grocery store apps, this is by far the worst. The bugs, the search bar.. too many problems to mention. Just scratch the whole thing and start new, lol.
Non functional
How would they create an app so nonfunctional as to not even be able to place an order using the app.
App/website keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing and logging me out. I even try logging in on the actual website and does the same thing. Now I can’t even login anymore. Very frustrating experience, especially when trying to use coupons and rewards in store. Need serious fixing. I would give the app and the website zero stars if I could.

Current app crashes and I can’t log in
When I log in online or in the app, I get kicked out and my log in doesn’t persist. The app just crashes each time I log in. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. No luck. No deals for me I guess.
Worst
The app sucks. It shuts down every time time I try to log in. I deleted and downloaded the app and it still have the same issue. I tried to log in an a different phone and it still closes when I click sign in. I am not shopping in store until I can use my rewards.
App keeps closing itself out
I made sure I don’t need to update the app I updated my phone and the savemart app still keeps closing out on me when I want to clip a coupon and won’t let me sign in. It’s not saying my information is incorrect as it’s loading to sign in it closes out.

The coupons do not load, with or without WiFi. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing loads.
Wouldn’t even let me sign up
Tried to sign up, multiple times. Every time it said “All fields required” and literally every single field was filled out, there wasn’t a single thing I was missing and yet STILL nothing happened. Would not let me sign in. It’s like if the “Complete Sign Up” button was just there for decoration or something.

Shopping list is unforgivably bad
Want two zucchinis? Too bad. You can only add one. You can’t specify a quantity, and you can’t add the same item twice (it’s either on the list or it isn’t).
Also, you better know how to spell zucchini, because the app will not help you and if you miss the double “c” it will only list sausages.
Finally, you better already know where everything is located in the store, because the app will not help with that either.
What is this app good for? Coupons, I suppose. And helping our corporate overlords get intel on us for better suppression opportunities.

Very user friendly
Love the app. Big big user of this.
Junk app
I was excited to down load the app after speaking with one of the store employees last week. But this app is junk. I made an account and was prepared to search the items I need but each time I open it there’s a notification saying something went wrong. It’s like the app is incomplete, never showing all the pictures and icons. Never able to access all the listings or see the deals and coupon’s. Don’t download it

Continues to be an unusable app and they’ve already reset the ratings once because of all the one star reviews
Fake
It doesn’t work, you put you personal info and it does nothing. Don’t waste your time
Glitching app
The app keeps telling me that something went wrong even after stalling and installing it. It also doesn’t find items and I have to manually look for them. The location also changes every time I go to a different category. Over all the app malfunctions quite a bit.
Can never log in
The app constantly cycles back to login. I’ve reset my password. Updated the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And still every attempt to log in brings me back to the login screen. Back when I could log in, there were constant glitches with adding coupons and such, but I could eventually get it to work.

This app never works! Good luck trying to clip a product.. you can’t. Shame on savemart for requiring you to use this app for the best deals. Scam
Could Use Improvements
1/2026 update: as others have said, clicking to add a coupon often takes me to the top of the page. It’s a waste of time to have to scroll back down. I usually just close it.

The main is I have with this app right now is that the search feature is not good enough. I’m trying to find a specific item and every time I refine my search it still doesn’t narrow the search down. Weeding through 100s of items is a waste of time.

The app just straight up doesn’t work.
Glitches
App does not always open in store for savings. Staff in store not helpful.
