Past its peak, counterintuitive
This app was really strong and an amazing concept, but unfortunately, they got rid of their best features. Which is fine- that’s what companies do as they evolve. But what irked me was their complete lack of transparency and dodging the questions anytime they were asked. Like the team would literally respond to other comments around ones made pertaining to the change. Very discouraging from a former, great team and concept idea.

So while the concept is good and doesn’t cost to play if you refer, the customer support is complete trash!!! They don’t respond in a timely manner at all!! They are a waste of time I literally been waiting on my money to be redeemed and I have been having issues and no one will help me!!! Don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It used to be a fun app to win money and less complicated payout. Now it’s gotten worse, asking for your banking information, taking away the easy payout method, and unhelpful customer service. If you care about saving money, don’t play this game.
