About

Every recipe you cook, in one place. Most of the recipes you actually make aren't online. They're in cookbooks with splattered pages, on cards in the recipe tin, on printouts folded into a drawer. SnapCookBook turns them into one tidy library on your iPhone. Open a cookbook at a recipe you love and take a photo. SnapCookBook reads the title, ingredients, method, servings and times, and saves them as a recipe you can edit. - Scan up to four pages as one recipe, for recipes that run over two pages. - Handwritten cards from the recipe tin work too. - Anything that was hard to read is highlighted, so you can check it against the original photo, which is always kept with the recipe. - Works offline: on supported iPhones, scans can be read right on the device. - Every recipe remembers the cookbook and page it came from. - Group recipes into Collections: Weeknight, Christmas, Mum's. - Search by ingredient to find what you can make with what's in the fridge. - Type in the recipes you know by heart, with your own notes. - Star your favorites. - Cook Mode: big type and a screen that stays on while you cook. - Scale servings from 4 to 6 or 8, with amounts shown as kitchen fractions like ½ and 1⅓. - Tick off ingredients and steps as you go. - Share a recipe as text or print it as a clean PDF. - Your recipes sync through your own iCloud, not our servers. - No account, no sign-up, no email address. - No ads and no tracking. - Export your whole library to a single backup file whenever you like. Your cookbooks, cards and printouts, all in one place. Without Pro you get 5 scans each week, plus unlimited typed-in recipes, Cookbooks, Collections, search, iCloud sync and backup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Some features require SnapCookBook Pro (a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase): unlimited scans, Cook Mode with serving scaling, sharing and printing, and new Pro features as they arrive.
