Login issues
I’m really disappointed with the login that just failed today. Leaving me with £100s of vouchers that I can access… and concerns that I can’t now transfer the sizable amount of cash back I have in my account. No other way to log in and no support offered in the App. Not great at all!
Not as good as it used to be
I previously used this app a lot for Cashback, and it worked really well. Everything tracked and transactions would appear on the statement as pending within a few hours, so it was really easy to keep track of your spending. Recently, the performance has deteriorated and transactions take several days to show as pending and sometimes don’t track at all.

Too much hassle. Don’t bother with it.
Holding back cash without notification
The company takes away £1 for each transfer of cash back to your bank account. Apparently this is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions but not stated clearly anyway at the point of transferring the cash back each time! Almost conning it’s users out of cash!
Horrible UI and spammy
The UI is clunky and not to mention the constant notifications. I know these can be disabled but it’s opt out not opt in and it’s very spammy to have daily notifications.
