App was easy to install and will make arrival easier.
Very poor check in
Arrive from great flight and great taxi ride but when checked in we struggled to get our luggage up in the lift, across the bridge, down in the lift, across the corridor etc. Not an easy trip with no Porter helping with luggage.
Very poor start to a holiday especially as you can chat online with reception but noone answers so yiu have to ring or go and see them….

Rude manager and rubbish service
Misadvertised information on the app about premium package then lie about it and refuse to honour commitments

A great hotel with brilliant staff who would get many more stars if I was rating them!
But I’m rating this app experience and not the hotel; app experience is truly awful and I’ll explain why.
In the past you would have a list of services, numbers to call, etc on paper in the room. Now it’s on an app. So far so good.
The app also connects with the teams in the hotel; chat with reception, order room service, request maintenance, etc. Problem is that there doesn’t seem to be a connection between the app and the teams delivering the services. Only when you call after a wait do app requests get actioned.
Don’t bother using the app for anything other than information.
Savoy Signature, room for significant improvement here but keep up all the other great things.
