Was fairly straight forward to use and works as intended
Looks like whatever issues they had before were mostly sorted. Still a little clunky in places, but overall very helpful and useful to check in.

Not good
Can’t registrer - the flight doesnt appear on the app and we can’t contact the company.

Genuinely Awful
I couldn’t even get past the create an account screen. You try to scroll and it’ll randomly open fields to enter information.
10 minutes later I finally click create account, and it says “error creating account”. No information as to why, not showing anything missing or incorrectly filled out.
Awful user experience.
