Worst APP and AIRLINES
The configuration of APP is cumbersome and extremely difficult to get any useful information.
SATA Airlines continues to score below standards. I purchased first class seats - 4 hours before flight I got an email stating my flight was cancelled from JFK to PDL.
After going around the moon to find someone to speak with, they clarified and told me my first class seats were sold to someone else for more money.
This happened to my brother Retired USAF Colonel also flying with me.
This is series of numerous incidents I have experienced with this airlines flying them for 20 years.
Unfortunately it's the only airline that flies to where I am going.
So BEWARE!!!.

Was fairly straight forward to use and works as intended
Looks like whatever issues they had before were mostly sorted. Still a little clunky in places, but overall very helpful and useful to check in.

Can’t registrer - the flight doesnt appear on the app and we can’t contact the company.
