Terrible
Savy only worked about a third of the time. It was never able to complete the scan when my check engine light was on. It quit sending all notifications after a few months. It was reset multiple times. Now they are telling me it’s a hardware issue, and I need to buy a new one because there is no warranty. Don’t waste your money. If you have bought it already, return it and get your money back.

No Off Switch
You can not turn it off and every morning I was getting Critical Battery level warnings. GPS bleeds power from your car’s battery 24/7.
Not user friendly at all
Extremely difficult to get going.asks for a dealer location every single time, I’ve had other low quality scanners much more user friendly.

Good tool However?
Good tool however. Mine seems to be locked to where I bought the car. I wanted to change Garages and Servixe Centers however if didn’t allow me to change dealerships.

I wish they accommodated for the iPhone XR. The XR has a solid black line at the bottom of the screen (to indicate the menu is located there) that doesn’t go away. It’s covering a few things such as the fuel and battery number. Super inconvenient because I can see the titles of what I’m looking at but I have no idea what the numbers are for the fuel and battery which is concerning to me. What’s the point of the app if I can’t even see the information it’s giving me?

Can’t use at all
I just bought my car in Feb. the SAVY device was included with my 2019 Nissan Versa. My dealership is not showing up in the search options. I previously had an android phone and was able to find my dealership to the android app but not thru the iPhone version. PLEASE FIX! I’m paying for something I can’t even utilize..

Started off rough
When I first downloaded the app, I ran into some issues ! After emailing their customer service, in less than 24 hours Cory responded and helped me resolve my issue promptly. Great customer service and great app!!
