Designers should be fired
Whoever created this app, did it to intentionally make it as virtually impossible to pay your bill by credit card as possible. You can’t copy your account number… And when you go to pay your bill, it won’t carry your account number over to the third-party agent either. There’s only one place I found where you can copy the account number, but then you still can’t paste it. Awful. San Antonio should be ashamed.

Slow and antiquated
This is possibly the slowest app. I have used in the last decade. Resetting my password took me 20 minutes because it kept redirecting me to the wrong page. Every time I got redirected to a new page, It would take 30 seconds to a minute to load. Incredibly frustrating in the year 2026. Not to mention I needed to update my password because of the data breach. Please do better.

Works great for me.
I appreciate having the app so I can check water usage from my phone. I don’t have any problems with it saving my log in information.
Not User Friendly
Why is it that I need to enter my information four times just to make a payment. CPS is so much better with this literally just log in and make a payment, no need to go through a fort knox screening for a payment.
Worst app ever!
Every time I try to login, it says my password is incorrect so I click the reset password button, but when it goes to the email, it gives me a temporary password and says to go into your account and change the password there, but to change the password do you have to know your current password which I obviously don’t know which is why I clicked forget password…. then when I went to pay and asked for my credit card information and bank account information and when I hit save card It makes me start all over and retype in my card info and bank info and it would never let me pay through the app. I ended up having to call.

Great Info
Trying to keep my water bill down is tough, so it is really helpful to be able to check my water use in the app. A little closer to being able to stick to my budget.
Poor site
It never looked. For 15 minutes it just spun and spun . Don’t bother downloading app.
The worst service possible
I don’t know why they made it like this, no point in downloading this app, it’s actually worse than their already bad website. Jump through 40 loops to pay a water bill.
What’s happened
I have appreciated the ability to see my water usage quickly by using the app. However, I only get the spinning blue circle when trying to Lon on today. Hopefully it will be fixed soon?
Doesn’t work
The application doesn’t even work. If it does let you log in it immediately freezes and does not allow you to navigate through the app.

Tried to pay my bill
Well not only are you not able to have the option to see the fields. Once you go and enter the CC information to save it for next time, you can’t see the save button. It won’t let you check out as a guest, so back to the desktop version I go. CPS just added Apple Pay and other payment options. SAWS catch up it’s 2026.

Frustrating
This is most annoying bill to pay I hate it. App works just as bad as the website. When I am logged in looking at my bill and click pay, it then asks for my account number. I’m logged in!! I don’t understand. And then I enter it and it asks for my email and password. I’m still logged in!!! I don’t understand why I can’t click pay and just pay.

The app makes you log in, put your acct number in and then makes you log in again after that just to pay the bill. Terrible app that needs to be more user friendly.
Pointless app
All this app is a redirect to the website to pay. What’s the point of having this app?
Always shows red 1 notification
I’ve opened every page of this app and can’t get the red 1 notification to go away. Tool uninstalling and reinstalling. Tells me it is a bug.
DOES NOT WORK!
This companies payment system is horrible. It does not work. The app doesn’t work. Nothing will load. The website doesn’t work. It won’t let me log in. Just gets stuck at every step. Guess they don’t want their money.
