Many many times it’s inconvenient because even though the endorsement is very clear visibly the system cannot read it even after over a dozen attempts. Bugged system. Works sometimes.

Check deposit takes too long
When you have consistency depositing same check every month from same bank account, should not take too long , my husband deposit same check and it was rejected, he is also on the account. Because I can not deposit it my self I added my husband, and you rejected the check.

The app itself is fine, but the huge pin settings needs to be adjustable per need. RN it’s so large it can be seen from across the room. I don’t need that.

My mobile check was rejected because I didn’t mobile deposit only. If it is mobile that is obvious. I had reached out yesterday about doing this mobile deposit. I have never used this feature so how would I know.

Security Bank of KC has Top Shelf service. With multiple locations, it’s easily accessible throughout the entire KC metro area (Kansas/ Missouri side). The help is always top notch. Workers really genuinely care. And they have even gone out of their way to get me out of some bad decisions that I’ve made in my younger years with debts and high interest rates. Security Banks team of employees are more like family than bank employees. You are definitely in good hands with Sexurity Bank and Security Bank can be trusted!! I highly recommend giving this bank a look. There’s something to be said about banking with good folks who can be trusted.
