Great bank!
I have been with State Bank for over 25 years. I love the home town feel and service they provide me. I have never been disappointed!
Frustrating. Buggy. Slow & hard to use
This app seriously needs some work. It’s hardly functional. Doesn’t remember me even when I toggle “remember me” fast balance is more work than it should be & doesn’t remember I have it turned on from the settings. Tries to use face ID but times out & then I just have to type my password in anyway. Mobile deposit takes too long to verify. Seriously SBSU. WORK ON YOUR APP. Other banking institutions have it down so well when it comes to their apps. Take notes from them.

Easy but slow
For some reason this app is very slow to process. Other than that it is pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate.

Cindy and the team are the best. Dan and the lending team are amazing too.

Slow, delayed, always problems. You'd think all this money SBSU makes off interest they could build a better app after all these years. You'd think being an established bank after all these years they'd reinvest into a smoother platform. But no. Sbsu just pays thiefs to continue stealing from the community. Shop your money elsewhere.

Easy banking app
I use this App for 95% of my banking. Checking balances, making transfers, depositing checks, even paying or receiving money on Zelle. I highly recommend this app if you bank at State Bank of Southern Utah.

Big let down
I was stuck out of town because your app wouldn’t let me move money between accounts like it’s supposed to and you have no emergency person to pick up the phone and help.Time for a new bank I’m thinking and that makes me sad I have been with state bank since I was a kid.

Very easy to move money 24 hours per day.

Website is too slow over all. Takes too long for each page to load. And it’s not my internet.
Worst app ever
Slow and glitchy, I’ve banked here for 10 years and I am closing my accounts and switching banks because this app is so glitchy and I’m sick of calling once a week because it locks me out or refuses to load.

The slowest banking app on the market!!
I love SBSU!!!! But this app is terribly slow. It takes forever to log in, it takes forever to change from screen to screen when trying to check accounts or transfer funds. I get incredibly frustrated with this app because I mainly bank with SBSU. This App has given me reason to transfer all of my banking to other banks with more responsive apps.

Technical difficulties
Lately, this apps buttons to access transactions and transfers, etc… has stopped working. Every time I click one of them, nothing happens until I reload the page. Now I can’t even open the app. What’s up with that.
I hope whoever designed this app is no longer employed.

Terrible app
This is such an inconvenient app. Every time I actually need to see my accounts it won’t load or it says it temporarily unavailable and for me to get in, I need to contact the bank for assistance. I’m considering switching banks because it is that annoying.
