Setting up Bill pay is difficult
Trying to set up Bill pay is difficult because next steps are not clear and it freezes part way through the process (when done entering info and looking for next step to save the payee info it freezes)I have to reopen bank ap ad then start over.

This is both a review of the app and the bank!
I have been a client of SBW since my first job in 2010. I have never been happier with any other bank (and I’ve moved around and changed banks every so often). The only times I’ve changed to a different, primary, bank, was when I moved because I wasn’t able to figure out how to do my banking with SBW still. That is no longer a factor, and they will remain my one, and only, bank!
When they made the app, it was sort of clunky. Some of it felt weird to use. I must say, this current app is a huge improvement! There’s still some features I want to figure out (like how to save an account to transfer to that is also an SBW account), but the app is easy to use and intuitive for the most part. I just haven’t tried to figure out the same-bank transfer (but easily figured out Zelle).
If you’re an SBW customer, I highly recommend the app! You won’t regret having a little bank in your pocket!

Best banking app ever!!!
Love the bank! The mobile app could use a little work.
The troubles I’ve had are 1) figuring out where Zelle was, so I could set it up (that’s really not clear), and then 2), I think it took me a bit to figure out where the transfer menu was. But Zelle was the hardest one.

Re thumb print recognition: The SBW system often says I’ve tried too many times when it the first try.
I tested against my other logs ins, and all the other program are not having issues with recognition.

I enjoy the convenience of the app but and this is a big BUT it will ghosts between checking and savings switching places without the user realizing it. I was charged a fee due to low finances. I had added money the day before but didn’t realize that my accounts switched places. Therefore adding to my savings instead of my checking. It should ask if I want to swap places. my fee was returned but the app still has not been fixed.
