Best banking app
Love love this banking app. Itโs convenient with all the transactions you can conduct on it and the user experience is flawless. Only suggestion I would give is to allow credit card payments on the app- this feature is only functional on the web platform.

Kindly allow copy pasting to transfer reference field
Editing saved beneficiaries
Would be useful to have a way to edit the beneficiary details if one has made mistake. Eg KES instead of USD account.

Pop up message
I was trying to transfer more than 5m and instead of the pop up message informing me of the limit it just asked me to add a beneficiary. Check into that

Slow and unreliable
Even when it โworksโ this app is unbearable. Always slow and clunky. More often than not it gives an error message whenever you try to login, send money to M-PESA, make a transfer etc.

Mpesa payments donโt work most of the time. Login doesnโt work half the time
Increasingly buggy
This SC app has deteriorated over the past few months to the point where itโs not user friendly. I started getting constant โunable to process your requestโ messages about 3-4 months ago for almost all transactions and must repeat almost every step multiple times. Extremely frustrating.
Latest update Menu button now works :)
The latest update has fixed the buy where previously you could not access the menu button with an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Worst banking App
OTPs hardly ever come on time, so basically the app cannot be reliably used for mobile banking and the bank doesnโt care. Customer service is appalling.
App keeps crashing
Thoroughly disappointed with current version. Keeps crashing canโt even open the app. Bank is unaware of the problem and not addressing the issue. When I canโt even access any of my services.
Itโs cluttered with adverts and slow to load
Not the best. Ads are intrusive and hide some of the menu that you actually want to see. Silly opening video needs turning off to speed things up, which you can at least do. This has all the feel of something that was fit for purpose, being damaged through unintelligent afterthoughts. Having said that it does at least function if you can avoid the ads.
