Almost impossible to login
I have to try at least 20 times before it logins and I can perform a transaction. Sometimes it says key unsuccessful sometimes says already logged in on another device. Most useless banking app

Why forcing to input IBAN instead of account number?

my app crashes, saying my session is logged in somewhere else. and thats not the case.

Push notifications do not work, any ibft done outbound or inbound doesn’t notify via push notification
Secured but easy to use
I recently used the application after long time; I felt very safe and the transaction flow was smooth.

I really this bank and its app. The only odd thing is that when sending money to someone it takes a lot of steps in adding a beneficiary then only transfer can be made
Local transfer
It was quick and easy to follow bank transfer. Personally, I would like to have the option for OTP be sent to either mobile or email. Also as previously given the feedback the amount entered in the app shows up as quite big which fills the whole mobile screen and it becomes almost impossible to see clearly the amount entered- not sure anyone reads the comments. Anyway, overall system is good and efficient.

Error 1001
The app is completely useless most of the time. Most of the times when doing transfers it gives the error 1001 which apparently has no resolution. And it’s been like this for ages so there doesn’t seem to be any hope of a fix. It’s use is just to view balance and 2 factor authentication.

Absolutely pathetic user experience and they don’t do anything about it:

Ever time I try to do a transaction it says, we are sorry, we regret to inform you that are not able to process your request, specially at midnight
Incomplete description on PayOrder & Check Clearing Transaction
When ever i pay through cheque or pay order in may transaction it do not display the receiver details that whom the transaction is received. Please fix this issue.

Please since you are international bank please allow access to apple wallet for pakistan as well.Its very hyped here.This will change the banking system in pakistan and you can easily do this and be the first bank in pakistan with this feature.
Error 1001
This mobile app is the worst of all mobile apps i am using. The online transfer is always hit or miss, randomly give error 1001 and no matter what i do its doesn’t resolve until sometime next day. I have repeatedly open support tickets with their team but they simply respond with a broken worded response that no issue is found.
This is really frustrating and results in missing many time sensitive payments and there’s apparently no solution in sight either.
