It’s a horrible app for an iPhone user. It never lets you log in at first time and immediately signs out. After 6-7 times maybe sign if lucky enough. An embarrassing situation when you need to open an app for payment right at spot.

Almost impossible to login

I have to try at least 20 times before it logins and I can perform a transaction. Sometimes it says key unsuccessful sometimes says already logged in on another device. Most useless banking app

crash / bug

my app crashes, saying my session is logged in somewhere else. and thats not the case.
Only logged in one device and it takes about 7-10 attempts to Login.

Best bank and app

I really this bank and its app. The only odd thing is that when sending money to someone it takes a lot of steps in adding a beneficiary then only transfer can be made

However, you may share SMS/Email which bank sent against every transaction, or you can check details of that specific transaction from Online Banking webpage > transfer > transfer history. You can also add beneficiary email address, while adding beneficiary, when transaction will be performed alert will be received at that end as well. Furthermore, you may also write us at complaints.pakistan@sc.com relevant unit will look into it.

Local transfer

It was quick and easy to follow bank transfer. Personally, I would like to have the option for OTP be sent to either mobile or email. Also as previously given the feedback the amount entered in the app shows up as quite big which fills the whole mobile screen and it becomes almost impossible to see clearly the amount entered- not sure anyone reads the comments. Anyway, overall system is good and efficient.

Error 1001

The app is completely useless most of the time. Most of the times when doing transfers it gives the error 1001 which apparently has no resolution. And it’s been like this for ages so there doesn’t seem to be any hope of a fix. It’s use is just to view balance and 2 factor authentication.

Worst Banking App in Pakistan

Absolutely pathetic user experience and they don’t do anything about it:
1. Can’t take screenshots.
2. Forces you add iban for every payee.
3. Always on maintenance.
4. Always asks for pin even if Face ID is enabled.

Incomplete description on PayOrder & Check Clearing Transaction

When ever i pay through cheque or pay order in may transaction it do not display the receiver details that whom the transaction is received. Please fix this issue.
