Could be better
The idea of this app is great but the execution is not. Most jobs won’t open within the app and it gives you the same jobs you’ve already applied too. It needs an overhaul.

Doesn’t allow reset of search criteria or anything else, functions poorly and shuts down a lot
Awful “government” app
There’s got to be a reason why this app is allowed to remain unusable. Does no one monitor it, or they just don’t care
Frustrating
Come on SC! I’m glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing trouble with this App using an iPhone. Can’t login. Either app immediately crashes after using Face ID or states there is a problem with login password and directs me to the webpage - which the webpage is horrible on iPhone. To think our tax dollars and unemployment insurance payments can’t developed an app for the people of SC kinda infuriates me.

PROBLEMS!
I just downloaded this app for the first time since recently losing my job. The app still has the same problems that were mentioned in other reviews from 2 years ago! I’m going out on a limb and assume that nobody is currently doing development on this app? I just thought the website was unstable until I downloaded the app!

Glitches all the time
Everything glitches or freezes. When jobs forward you over to another site, the whole app freezes completely. South Carolina needs a better app programmer. The map is nice…when the map works.
Does not work
The app simply does not work. I tried to create an account to do my job searches and when I try to complete the registration for my account, it seems to get stuck. I have not been able to actually make an account still.

The app was fine for 3 months when I first downloaded it but since iOS updated, the app just Face ID’s me and closes out. It’s been almost a month of this.

Since job searches are now required for unemployment benefits and the governor is taking away Pandemic benefits I find it out the first week of the last month of benefits the app is not working. The app worked just fine and was easy since I have to force myself to remember to do these work searches. Since this is the only site that connects to SCDEW I just find that to be very odd. The app loads a little then shuts down.

What’s the issue?
For several days every time I try to log in it says there’s a connection error. I have to use this site multiple times a week to keep up my unemployment and I can’t. You need to update this app and fix this “connection” issue because this is the only app I have that’s not working.

After last update it opens and then closes as soon as you select search, use to work fine on my iPad and iPhone but has not worked after last update on either pad. Please fix

GREAT app!
I love that I can keep track of my favorites so easily and the app is 100 times better & easier to use than the website. The only thing that would give it 5 stars for me is that I wish my history/favorites/recently viewed info would sync between my iPhone & iPad apps.
