I contacted support team thru there chat but no one yet to respond not only that it says they been last active since last year December and now I can’t buy a subscription because it says I have no WiFi when I do very iffy app so far still giving them a chance on waiting but I’m only giving them this week.

Claims to help people but operates like a payday loan shark in a lab coat. Subscriptions renew stealthily, no refunds offered, and then they gaslight you for expecting integrity. Avoid unless you like funding someone’s yacht one $49.99 charge at a time.

Scans disappear & no explantation of how to use info
I scanned 58 items quickly to review later. Went back in within an hour and only two remain showing in my list.
There’s also no real explanation of what all these numbers mean I can’t find a help button or a definition of terms, etc.

To just give it a shot… especially for a newbie like me. I can’t even get an idea of what the app is about or how it may be of use to me? Not even for the first 10 searches or something?

Doesn’t work and may be a scam. Will take your card pmt. info and not allow you to use the app. Either too new or may be a scam. May report to authorities.

Amazing app!
So far this app is amazing it’s straightforward easy to use only problem is that it says I only have 1000 scans for the month when I’m supposed to have 1500! Besides that 10/10 app!
Scam
Servers not responding. Going on a week now since I’ve downloaded this app. No email response from support either.
Error Message
This guy William Rivera recommended this app, however, there is an error message every time you scan an item. Camera does not focus making it difficult to scan items fast.

Literally makes your camera blurry and then can’t scan

Its a pain to get it to scan and when it does scan you get an server error.
