Issues with Japanese Addresses

The software just can’t recognize Japanese addresses adequately. It puts random info into street addresses and in our system cannot allow Japanese “States” (prefectures) as options. The latter issue may be our set up but the former is not and is something other scanners sorted long ago

Amazing app

It’s an amazing app with great features. The ocr for the card reader is close to perfect

Great app. Have to learn to use it

After I learned how to use this app it worked great. A little complex but good. Don’t upload more than 3 cards at a time! Upload businesses separate from customers. Much faster than keying and no equipment necessary.

Works greats and Sales Reps love it

Easy to setup and for reps to adopt! It scans very well and has awesome features like auto-fill missing fields (like zip code) and can correct scanned content to lower case.

Very recommended.

Suggested address feature was pretty accurate. You can toggle it on or off.
Able to scan up to 4
Creates a staging section before actually saving

Con
The camera takes a little bit of time to recognize the business card
The camera trigger takes getting used to. You have to keep still after you click it until it actually takes the image

400: Bad Request Error

I was really excited to try this app and while it works perfectly on my Android, most of our Sales Agents use iPhones, when testing the iPhone I received a 400: Bad Request error.

Looks amazing

Looks amazing and I can’t wait to use it. Can scan multiple cards at once. Functionality is smooth and intuitive. Downloaded, installed, scanned... and then got a 403: forbidden error message that I can’t resolve.
