Zero free hints after watching an ad!

You do not get a free compass if you watch an ad. You don’t get a free magnifying glass if you watch an ad. I purchased a no ads package and I still get a lot of interactive ads. I think they need to be reported and I’m doing just that.

Can’t move on to next level.

Won’t let me move on in the hard levels. I paid to much for this stupid game and I want my money back!

Don’t waste your money!

I purchased the hint package for $9.99….and did not receive my hints!!!

Ads lots and lots of them

Of course it’s another game with lots of ads like a stupidly unplayable amount but also one of the levels (not many of those either) is a repeat. Don’t recommend. I wasted my money on no ads don’t do the same

No Clues

I paid for the travelers pack and did not receive any clues. I paid for 8 pack & did not receive either one ! I want my money back or get what I purchased

Lost my money

On 1/1/2024 I paid $12.99 for 150 clues and my credit card was charged however I never received my clues purchase even though the payment was successful! Please refund me my money or give me my 150 clues otherwise I will have to call my credit card company to give it back to me!

Doesn’t advance me to new level

Three times I have completed the City Park level, but instead of advancing me to next level, it takes me back to City Park. I’m tired of being told to ‘keep playing’ a puzzle I’ve already completed. It’s too bad because I really enjoy the game, but I’m frustrated and ready to delete it.
