It's been years and they still haven't fixed signing into Facebook from Word Crush.
Upon signing in to Facebook from Word Crush, the error "TIPS: Connection failed. Please try again." pops up.
This has been happening for a few years and on multiple iPhone models.
... and recently, Sign in with Apple has stopped working too. After signing in with Apple, the message "Disconnected. Your account has been logged in on another device." pops up.
I have no other device with this game installed.

update part 2
Had an update for the app & still not able to open up the app. I have had to delete the app & then re load which has meant I have lost all the points & levels I had.
Cannot open app
I have just downloaded the update today (29/8/26) and the app now won’t open. Is there a problem? This is using IOS in an iPhone. I submitted this on Saturday and you suggested updating again which I have done today but nothing has changed and I still can’t open the app.
Hangs on opening screen check version
The title says it. Does it on both my a iPad and iPhone and yes I rebooted. I saw there was an update so I did it. Unfortunately problem is not fixed.
