Upon signing in to Facebook from Word Crush, the error "TIPS: Connection failed. Please try again." pops up.
This has been happening for a few years and on multiple iPhone models.
... and recently, Sign in with Apple has stopped working too. After signing in with Apple, the message "Disconnected. Your account has been logged in on another device." pops up.
I have no other device with this game installed.

update part 2
Had an update for the app & still not able to open up the app. I have had to delete the app & then re load which has meant I have lost all the points & levels I had.
Cannot open app
I have just downloaded the update today (29/8/26) and the app now won’t open. Is there a problem? This is using IOS in an iPhone. I submitted this on Saturday and you suggested updating again which I have done today but nothing has changed and I still can’t open the app.
Hangs on opening screen check version
The title says it. Does it on both my a iPad and iPhone and yes I rebooted. I saw there was an update so I did it. Unfortunately problem is not fixed.

No longer works
This was my favorite game. Would play it everyday without fail. Until I downloaded the latest update. Now it will not allow me to open the game. Even after deleting and reinstalling, still freezes on the opening screen

I loved this game but since the last update you get random pop up ads while you’re playing. I will be uninstalling

I enjoy your game, but there are way too many ads and they’re so annoying. It’s unbelievable, on some of them I can’t turn off the volume, however, I guarantee you your vendor is not getting their moneys worth from me! I usually quit the game while the Royal Match add stays and stays. It’s absolutely the worst!
2026 update: With the last update, pop up adds are way too frequent while the game is open and I’m actively playing. They’re ruining the game. I spend more time closing ads than I do playing. I usually play daily, but I’m considering deleting the app. Very disappointing.

Great game. Played it for several years. But getting frustrated with the new small advertising banner along the bottom. It keeps popping open during the game. To sensitive to the heat from the back of my fingers passing over it.

This used to be very relaxing! Now ads pop up every few seconds. So disappointing. Will probably delete now.

Not only are there too many ads, they are incredibly long! Not just one ad, multiply it by 3. An ad should be no more than 12 seconds. I’m not watching them anyway, but the time they waste is enough for me to delete the app.

This is an annoying game with all of the advertisements after completing a game. There are four advertisements after playing each game or level, make it make sense. Yes, I understand that I can pay $3.99 to stop the advertisements, but after winning a game, a persons tempo is slowed down due to each and every game!

Fun but
Facebook log in doesn’t want to work anymore, that can easily be fixed. All in all a very fun game to play, and it passes the time. I’m glad I don’t have the ads no more! They were so annoying especially all the political ads all in all it was a Satisfied purchase download thins game now and play it before bed. It’ll help you sleep better.

Too many ads
It’s a good game that challenges your mind but there’s too many ads after each game it’s makes the game not enjoyable, unless you are willing to pay for the ads to be removed.
