Scavenger app was fun! Some tips for improvement: once you send a picture in have it move to the bottom so there’s less scrolling. Add a search bar so you can find the task quicker in time.
Easy and fun
I used this app for an Adult’s Only Scavenger Hunt. Teams were required to drive around town taking pictures and videos of them doing doing things or with things around town. It was a blast. The app was extremely easy from an admin standpoint. I was able to the pics/videos as they were loaded and approve or reject them. We then downloaded them into a movie for everyone to watch when they got back. From the team’s standpoint, one downside is the app isn’t available on android phones so only iPhone users could use it. Also one of the teams had issues with the pics loading so they were frustrated but it worked for everyone else. Another downfall was the amount of scrolling. With 80 challenges people said it was just a lot of scrolling. Not sure if an enhancement could be made to fix that.

Super fun, great quarantine activity
Loved it our first go around. I’m gonna use this with our weekly family zoom call as a fun activity we can all do despite our location!

Please help!
I just purchased this app on my iPhone. I opened it and it asked me to login in first. I did then it led me to a page that said I have no hunts with no home page or screen to reach or do anything. I would really like some help offering how to get to the actual home page with hunts. There is nothing there! The only way to reach out is through this review.

Hi thanks for reaching out. To make a scavenger hunt you just need to go to Scavr.app. This app is just for participating in the hunts created there.
Everything worked well
We used SCAVR for a 19 family scavenger hunt around our town. Everything worked really well. I set up mostly videos and pictures but we also did the password challenges, the Geo challenges, and the QR code as well. I shared all the photos and videos after words as you’re able to download a zip file. I also like that you can do filtering on the submissions and see it in many different ways, for example you can filter on videos submitted by one team or all rejected submissions. Overall I was very happy and will be using this again

Downloaded app. Created login. Allowed me to login and the only option from there was to take me to the logout page.
Family Friendly Fun!
This was so much fun for the whole family. A great way to entertain the kids at home! Easy to use and perfect for social distancing! I’ll be recommending this to my kids preschool teachers for distance learning fun!
What a blast!
Used this app during quarantine for a friendly (but competitive) family activity. Despite being all across the country and trapped in our own homes we were all able to have a blast! Highly recommend!

This is a great scavenger hunt app. You can use it for an in person or cross-country or even global hunt with multiple teams. Great fun, lots of good options, and very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Quarantine Quest
Most fun we’ve had in quarantine! Innovative way to make the most of an at-home day. Possibilities are endless when you can go outside and explore to secure more clues!
No one can see others posts
The mechanics of the game work great, but no one can see everyone else’s posts. For example, if someone else completes a task like doing a fortnight dance, how fun would it be for all the other competitors to see it. Our group has resorted to downloading all pics and videos people have submitted as they complete tasks and reposting them to a Facebook page. What a pain.

Super Easy and Fun
We used this app to run a virtual scavenger hunt for our son’s birthday. Each kid had to take photos of things in their own homes from the challenges we created. It was super easy to set up and run and crazy fun for our son, his friends and their parents. It worked out so well, I’m going to start use it for team-building activities at work. I looked at a few other options and this app took care of my needs with no issues.

Amazing and easy to use!
My family utilizes this app for our home with Horrells virtual game nights and I also utilize it at my work to engage our museum guests with an interactive scavenger hunt with the exhibits. IT IS AMAZING!! Easy to create and use, all of our attendees and friends/family love it. Such an awesome app for all!!

Can't even sign in
My local library is doing one this month! But the app won't let me even make an account 😭😭😭
Waste
As others said, hunts created on website don't carry over to the app. And you can't create hunts from the app. Very disappointed. #delete

So don't even bother. You can't create anything...what a waste! Note to app designers...you lose major credibility when your app doesn't work.
Needs work
The scavenger hunts I create on the website don't show up in the app. This needs some work. I would like to use it but right now I can't.
