This app is trash
Just downloaded & it keeps crashing saying to REINSTALL the app … it doesn’t work!
Doesn’t work
It won’t let me login. Every time I tried to login it says that I need to uninstall and reinstall app and it doesn’t work. It says I need to use the updated version but it’s already up to date.

App won’t let you log in. Keeps showing pop-up box that says to uninstall and reinstall to get latest version when it is its latest version. Obviously has some type of bug that needs to be fixed. Reinstalling doesn’t help with anything.

This is a waste of time and tax payers dollars. This app has never worked. The website is trash as well. SC just doesn’t want to pay out. Plain and simple. This is an embarrassment!!

I deleted the app and reinstalled it like the message said it it keeps saying the same thing, Please update the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it still will not let me sign in
Weekly certification
The app will not give me the option to file my weekly claim until Sunday which it is late by then and causes all kinds of problems. Why can I not access this option on Saturday when I am suppose to file the weekly claim?
Useless
Can’t log in so what’s the point. The only good review seems to have been written by the developer.

I can’t login on the app, but I can login on the website. Such a waste of time.
Don’t work
Every time I put my username and password in it’s says it not right when I know it is so I haven’t been able to access my account at all

This app is trash. I downloaded the app. Login once, then stop allowing me to login. But when you go to the main desktop site you can still login .
If y’all are funded by the government/ Ourtaxes then use that money to make a quality app. This is the only cheap state I know that make an app designed by some random on the web and not hiring a web developing company to make the app correctly .
Y’all are just as smart as the temp workers you hired that have no full trains on how to help customers. And sending most off the call unemployment calls to bots and temp works ( HELPLESS )

Don’t waste your time
Developers need to work on this. I was able to long on one time only. Have tried several times afterwards with no success. Very disappointed

I can login on my computer, but I cannot login using this app. I’ve triple checked my password and can login on my PC with no issues, yet when trying to login using the app, it says my username/password is invalid. This app just launched, and yet I can’t even login. That’s ridiculous

Not sure about that call
I know nothing is guaranteed, and y’all are doing your best. But when your business performance is sub-par this far, why would you release an app that’s the same? It’s a false hope of help for those in need, and it’s absolutely more waste of a time than trying to contact someone over the phone for the last 6 months. I’m just saying
