Does not connect to device
I don’t know what happened with this app as it was working perfectly before. Now, the app can’t seem to find my device.

Very glitchy
Sadly it’s never really worked for me. I have devices. Both don’t seem to have much success with the app. It won’t refresh, it kicks me out, doesn’t like the timers. Such a shame as you can’t seem to use them manually either. Really needs to be updated so these glitches get fixed.

I love being able to schedule my diffuser through the app. The app is really easy to use.
Great App, Easy to control the diffuser
This app is simple to use and user friendly. I have schedule to run full day ON weekends and evening time ON on weekdays because there are no one at my place. So you can simply customise to save aroma oil.
Doesn’t work
Crashes, spends 5 mins with a loading screen. If you close the app whilst burst mode is on then it goes on forever, so you have to sit there for 30 seconds watching a count down, after relaunching the app and already waiting ages for it to load. Would not recommend
Needs updating
App always freezes and have to delete and reinstall.
Great products app needs fixing
There are a lot of bugs on this app it constantly buffers and kicks me out. I have to get out of the app and re-into the app several times to operate it. Please fix it! Scent Australia home products are phenomenal and I love them. I just wish the app worked better!
Good app but needs bug fixes
The app is good, it does what it needs to do but it buffers A LOT. At every step. Sometimes it doesn’t recover and the app needs to be restarted. This is very frustrating when you’re trying to set a schedule.
App doesn’t work
Attempted to connect my SA diffuser on two different devices and the app keeps freezing. Very expensive diffuser for this app not to work…
