Horrible
What a shame to have a great diffuser project and then pair it with an app that is horrible. Everything I try and use the app we start from scratch. Sign up again. Set up everything again. Only for that to not work 5 mins later. Hire a real company to build a working app.
App doesn’t work properly
I wanted to give a higher rate but the app doesn’t work. It will allow me to get to my login and enter my email address and then nothing. I have reached out a few times to try and resolve the issue and have not heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating and I would appreciate someone getting back to me.

Never Connected
I tried so many time, so many ways, followed directions, and never could connect my diffusers to Wifi which is a shame because I really need to tone down the frequency.

This is a case study on over design requiring an app for a scent. Horrible app and so is 2.0. Requires a secondary authentication for a SCENT APP which doesn’t even come half the time in the required time. Useless connection requiring a Wi-Fi password where there isn’t one on network. Whoever designed this is seriously mentally deficient.
